Can I still collect my "Click and Collect" order with no valid photo i.d?

Unfortunately no, Photo I.D will need to be sighted on arrival. Please note that you can contact our Customer Service Team to nominate another person who does have Photo I.d or cancel the order for a refund to purchase the goods in-store.
