If you see a message like "Authentication Failed" or "Transaction Not Completed" when trying to pay, here’s what it could mean and how to fix it:
🔐 Authentication Failed
This usually means your bank is trying to confirm it’s really you making the payment. They might send you a security code by text, email, or through their app.
- Didn’t get the code? Your bank might have the wrong contact details. Please check with them to make sure your phone number and email are up to date.
💳 Card Declined or Payment Not Completed
This can happen for a few reasons:
- Not enough money in your account
- Incorrect card details (like the expiry date or security code)
- Your card isn’t one of the payment methods we accept
- Your bank couldn’t verify the payment through their security system (called 3D Secure)
If everything looks right on your end, the best next step is to contact your bank. They’ll be able to tell you exactly what went wrong and help you sort it out.
